Planting schemes and advice for creating a sensory garden areas
Having being a life-long gardener who also happens to have autism, I recognise deeply how important having a sensory space is for grounding and de-stressing when life becomes too overwhelming
More and more of the population are being recognised or diagnosed as neurodivergent and we are now needing to learn how to create spaces around us that allow us to unmask and unwind. I believe that a sensory garden is one of those spaces
My goal is to advise and inform other people how to create these spaces, through my combined knowledge of planting schemes and the sensory experiences of different plants
